What should I do if I buy a car in Dongguan without a residence permit?

1, use the card to enter the local account.

If the consumer is a native of Dongguan and has a local account, then the new car does not need a residence permit, and the local people can go through the licensing procedures directly with their ID cards;

2. Apply for a residence permit immediately.

Consumers can apply for residence permits directly as long as they pay social security in Dongguan for more than half a year. Generally speaking, residence permits are issued quickly, and we can also issue residence certificates at local police stations to apply for them. This statement is simple and efficient, and will not have much impact on authorization;

3. Associate the vehicle with the company name.

If consumers have a local business license in Dongguan, they can also license their vehicles directly in the name of the company. As long as the company is yours, it makes little difference whether the vehicle is in your own name or not. Authorization in the name of the company can even offset part of the tax.

1. Motor vehicle owner's identity certificate, in which 10,000 citizens are ID cards and non-10,000 citizens are ID cards plus the original residence permit;

4. Factory certificate of motor vehicle or import certificate of imported motor vehicle (imported motor vehicle shall also provide vehicle certificate, list of environmental protection information and inspection list of imported motor vehicle for on-site verification);

6, motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate;

7. If the vehicle and vessel tax payment or exemption certificate is annotated with the tax payment information on the motor vehicle traffic accident liability compulsory insurance certificate, it is not necessary to provide the certificate;

When a motor vehicle is driving on the road, it shall hang the motor vehicle number plate, place inspection marks and insurance marks, and carry the motor vehicle driving license with it.

No unit or individual may confiscate or detain the motor vehicle license plate.

The state practices a motor vehicle registration system. Motor vehicles can only be driven on the road after being registered by the traffic management department of the public security organ. If an unregistered motor vehicle needs to travel on the road temporarily, it shall obtain a temporary pass permit.
