Shenzhen social security can be refunded if it meets the following conditions, as follows:

1, rural household registration in other places: after leaving the company, you can apply for a refund of the individual contribution, but the unit contribution will not be refunded;

2. Urban hukou cannot be surrendered halfway. Only those who die, settle abroad or pay less at the statutory retirement age 15 years can be surrendered; Only the individual part can be returned, and the unit part is not returned;

3. If I bear the social security fee in full, I can only refund one-third of the money, and the remaining two-thirds will be paid by the unit without refund;

4. The housing accumulation fund in five insurances and one fund can be returned in full, and both individuals and companies can return it.

The surrender process is as follows:

1. The applicant submits an application for surrender to the Insurance Relations Section;

2. The staff of relevant departments shall check on the spot whether the application meets the requirements, whether the attached materials are complete, and issue an Acceptance Receipt if the application is qualified;

3. After acceptance, verify the surrender treatment within 1 working day;

4, the unit or the applicant according to the agreed time, go back to retrieve the "endowment insurance surrender approval form", and go through the formalities of surrender.

Personal accounts shall not be withdrawn in advance, and the bookkeeping interest rate shall not be lower than the bank time deposit interest rate, and interest tax shall be exempted. If an individual dies, the balance of the individual account can be inherited.
