The Regulations on Industrial Injury Insurance stipulates that:

Workers who are disabled in the line of duty are identified as four-level disabled, retain labor relations, quit their jobs, and enjoy the following benefits:

1. One-time disability allowance, that is, my salary 18 months;

2. Receive disability allowance every month, 75% of my salary (the amount received cannot be lower than the local minimum wage standard);

3. Based on the medical insurance disability allowance paid by employers and individuals;

4. After the employees reach retirement age, they will enjoy the pension insurance benefits and stop the disability allowance.
