Personal nominal payment needs to apply to the district social security bureau where the account is located. If you are from Youxian District, you should go to Youxian District Social Security Center. If you are from Fucheng District, you can go to Fucheng Social Security Center; if you are from a big city, you can go to Mianyang Social Security Center. You should bring your ID card and prepare two recent one-inch bareheaded photos, insurance premium, application form, etc. But at present, only pension and medical insurance can be applied.
