How to apply for Tianjin children's social security card?

Tianjin children's social security card processing process is as follows:

1, applicants under the age of 16 shall be handled by the legal guardian and apply to the street labor security service center;

2, staff application materials, through the preliminary examination, print and fill in the "social security card application registration form";

3. The applicant or legal representative (legal guardian) confirms the signature and delivers the 5 yuan/piece of work fee, and the street issues the Tianjin social security card receipt form;

4. The applicant or legal representative shall collect the social security card at the place of application within the specified time.

Materials required to apply for children's social security card:

1, 16 years old (inclusive) or above with ID card and a copy of ID card;

2. If 16 years old or above has no ID card, apply for a copy of temporary id card and temporary id card;

3./kloc-children under 0/6 years old, whose household registration is with their parents, need home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' page, parents' ID card and all the above copies;

4./kloc-Children under 0/6 years old whose household registration is not with their parents need home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' household registration page, parents' ID card and all the above copies, plus certificates issued by neighborhood committees or police stations (to prove the relationship between children and parents).

Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.
