How to get the old man's death pension?

1 If the employee has a work unit, the immediate family members will bring the death certificate, cremation certificate and other materials to the unit for handling, and then the unit will declare the pension to the social security agency;

2. If an employee has no unit, his/her immediate family members can directly bring the above materials to the Social Security Bureau for handling, and give him/her a pension after examination.

I. Standard of death pension for retired workers

(1) Since August 20th, 1 year, if a state functionary or retiree dies, the payment standard of one-time pension will be adjusted as follows: for martyrs and those who died in the line of duty, it will be 20 times of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year, plus the basic salary or basic retirement fee for 40 months before his death; If a person dies of illness, he shall be paid 2 times of the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year plus the basic salary or basic retirement fee for 40 months before his death. The funds needed for one-time pension payment are still solved by existing channels.

(II) With reference to the standard and calculation method of the one-time death pension for staff and retirees in public institutions managed by the Civil Service Law, it shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Finance on the Payment Method of the One-time Death Pension for Staff and Retirees of State Organs.

(III) In accordance with the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the Ministry of Personnel, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on Issues Related to Work-related Injuries of Staff of Non-profit Organizations in Institutions, if the staff of institutions participating in work-related injury insurance in the overall planning area dies in the line of duty, the standard of one-time work-related death subsidy shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of local work-related injury insurance.
