For the transfer of pension relationship, you can take your ID card and employee pension insurance manual to window No.2 of Hualong Lane 17- 18, 1 to print the insurance payment voucher, and then bring the voucher to Wujin Social Security. The transfer of medical insurance relationship shall be based on the medical insurance relationship acceptance letter issued by Wujin to the social security agency affiliated to Changzhou enterprise to issue a transfer form, and then the medical insurance relationship transfer form and the receipt of the acceptance letter shall be brought to Wujin Social Security to handle the medical insurance relationship connection procedures.
