What is social security subsidy?

In order to ensure the stability of the overall social situation and protect the rights and interests of employees in enterprises, the national government has issued a policy of enterprise retention subsidy, encouraging enterprises to actively adopt skills training, job transfer and resettlement, shift work, wage negotiation and other ways to stabilize the workforce, try not to lay off employees, reduce layoffs and stabilize positions, and issue retention subsidies to enterprises with effective retention ability.
