The main responsibilities of Yixing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are:

1. 5 responsible for the city's employment, unemployment, social insurance fund forecast and information guidance, formulate response plans, implement prevention and control, and maintain the stability of the employment situation and the overall balance of social insurance funds;

6 in conjunction with the relevant departments to develop the city's organs and institutions personnel wage income distribution policy, the establishment of organs, enterprises and institutions of normal wage growth and payment security mechanism, the development of organs, enterprises and institutions of welfare and retirement policies;

7 in conjunction with the relevant departments to guide the reform of the personnel system of public institutions in the city, and formulate management policies for public institutions and government staff.
