It's true. After participating in insurance in Shanghai, migrant workers are issued a "Shanghai Social Security Card (for medical insurance only)", which is slightly different from the social security card of Shanghai household registration (in fact, the social security card of Shanghai people is of little use except for medical treatment), and it has no effect on the social security paid by individuals.
