Article 19

If an individual is employed across the overall planning area, his basic old-age insurance relationship will be transferred with him, and the payment period will be calculated cumulatively. When an individual reaches the statutory retirement age, the basic pension is calculated in stages and distributed uniformly. Specific measures shall be formulated by the State Council.

If the insured employees are employed, they can transfer the pension insurance relationship. With the original or photocopy of the ID card and the notice of change of the insured person issued by the medical insurance center (the insured person of the unit should also provide the certificate of termination of the labor contract), apply to the social security agency of the transfer place for issuing the insurance payment certificate, and then hand it over to the social security agency of the transfer place.
