Can social security be popularized in all provinces?

Social security is universal. According to the law, social security cards are constructed according to the principle of "one card is multi-purpose and universal". The issuance of social security cards in all localities must comply with the requirements of safety, integrity and public welfare, adopt unified national standards and norms, and ensure their use throughout the country.

Legal objectivity:

Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, standards of medical service facilities and medical expenses for emergency rescue, and shall be paid from the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.
