How to record social security card online

Medical insurance settlement in different places is divided into four steps:

1, online filing,

2, query fixed point,

3, with medical insurance card for medical treatment,

4. Query the settlement fee.

You can refer to the following process:

1. Online filing: Search the "National Medical Insurance Service Platform" APP in the mobile phone application market, download and install it. After the insured person registers and logs in, he/she will authenticate his/her real name and real person according to the prompts, and activate the electronic medical insurance certificate. Inter-provincial and off-site medical records: Click "off-site medical records" under online processing on the homepage of APP to enter the "off-site medical records" page, and click "off-site medical records application". Record query: after applying for inter-provincial medical records, you can find the record at the bottom of the "records in different places" page, and click it to query the record results and detailed information.

2. Inquire about the designated place: The insured can inquire about the opening of the overall planning and designated medical institutions on the "off-site filing" page.

3. The insured who has successfully filed medical treatment can go to the designated medical insurance hospital where I have filed medical treatment, and the medical expenses can be directly settled by medical insurance electronic certificate or entity card. The direct settlement of medical treatment in different places shall be implemented in accordance with the Catalogue of Medical Treatment Places in Different Places, the Policy of Insured Places and the Management of Medical Treatment Places in Different Places. Failing to go through the registration formalities as required (except emergency), or medical expenses incurred in non-designated medical institutions will not be reimbursed.

4. Inquiry of settlement expenses: through the bottom of the pages of National Medical Insurance Service Platform, Medical Insurance APP and Remote Filing, find and click "Inquiry of Direct Settlement Expenses for Medical Treatment in Different Places" to inquire about the details of medical treatment expenses in different places.

Article 58

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
