In order to promote the issuance and application of the Social Security Card of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Social Security Card"), standardize the management of social security cards, and promote the stable, orderly and healthy development of social security card construction, the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards of the People's Republic of China are hereby printed and distributed to you, please follow them.
These measures are mainly to standardize all aspects of social security card management by human resources and social security departments at all levels. The management requirements for the packaging, transportation and use of social security cards and the rights and interests of cardholders involving human resources and external links of the social security system will be stipulated separately by our Ministry.
Article 15 of the Measures for the Administration of Social Security Cards in Shanxi Province may apply for a temporary social security card (hereinafter referred to as the temporary card) if the social insurance personnel have not received the social security card or need it urgently during the period of reporting the loss of the social security card.
At the time of application, the insured shall go through the application formalities at the comprehensive service window of the social security card of the insured place with the original valid identity document, and those who meet the conditions shall be issued on the spot.
If the agent handles it, he must hold the original and photocopy of his ID card and the original and photocopy of the insured's ID card.
The temporary card is valid for three months. After the social security card or temporary card expires, it needs to be returned for cancellation. If the temporary card is lost or damaged, it will be charged according to the financial and price replacement standards.
