When a soldier retires from active service, the financial department of the unit to which he belongs shall, according to the order of retired soldiers, issue the payment voucher of the basic old-age insurance for retired soldiers and the information table of the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance for retired soldiers (hereinafter referred to as the payment voucher and information table), the registration notice of the resettlement department of demobilized military cadres or the competent department of resettlement for retired soldiers, and the audit and confirmation opinions of the military department of the command organ or the cadre department of the political organ of the unit above the corps level.
