Can the company pay social security to see the marital status?

Legal analysis: it is impossible for a company to find the object of marriage or divorce by paying social security. In the Social Security Bureau, you can only find the information of paying social insurance funds, but you can't find personal marital status. To check the marital status, you need to go to the marriage registration office of the Civil Affairs Bureau.

Legal basis: Notice of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Further Standardizing the Work Related to Proof of Marriage Registration Records. Since the date of publication of the document, except notarial matters involving Taiwan Province and nine countries including Kazakhstan, certificates can still be issued. In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of mainland residents and citizens of China, local civil affairs departments will no longer issue (no) certificates of marriage registration records.
