If the employer still fails to pay, the laborer has the right to appeal to the local social security bureau and ask the social security bureau to impose compulsory expropriation on the employer. In the process of the company paying back the social security or the compulsory collection by the Social Security Bureau, the employee will display "Paying Back" in the column of "Payment Type".

The social security payment process is as follows:

1, go to the social security bureau to open an account. Prepare the account opening materials, go to the local social security bureau to open an account, and generally find the account opening service window of the social security bureau to handle it. The required materials include: business license 1 copy, organization code certificate 1 copy, front and back of legal representative's ID card 1 copy, and bank account opening license 1 copy;

2. Go to the Social Security Bureau to get the employee social security declaration and approval form. 4. Pay at the bank where the company opens an account. Pay at the company's bank with the tax payment certificate.

Legal basis: Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.

Article 59

The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen the collection of social insurance premiums.

Social insurance premiums shall be uniformly collected, and the implementation steps and specific measures shall be stipulated by the State Council.

Article 60

The employing unit shall declare itself and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, and shall not postpone or reduce the payment except for legal reasons such as force majeure. The social insurance premiums that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the employer, and the employer shall inform me of the details of paying social insurance premiums on a monthly basis.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in social insurance in the employing units and other flexible employees can pay social insurance premiums directly to the social insurance premium collection agencies.
