How to surrender agricultural insurance after buying social security

Social security generally can not be withdrawn, but to meet one of the following conditions, the insured person can bring their ID card and other information to the social security bureau of the insured place to apply for the withdrawal of the insurance procedures: the insured person reaches the age of retirement and has not been paid for 15 years; the unit of duplication of contributions and the end of the labor relationship; the participant to go abroad to settle down; the death of the participant; the release of the labor relationship of the rural migrant workers to return to their hometowns.

Article 14 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China*** and the State Social Insurance Law stipulates that individual accounts shall not be withdrawn in advance, and that the interest rate of the account shall not be lower than the interest rate of the bank's fixed-term deposits, and that interest tax shall be exempted. If an individual dies, the balance of the individual account may be inherited. Article 16 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China (《中华人民***和國社會保险法》) stipulates that an individual who has participated in basic old-age pension insurance shall receive a basic pension on a monthly basis if he or she has accumulated 15 years of contributions by the time he or she reaches the statutory retirement age. Individuals who have participated in basic pension insurance and have contributed for less than fifteen years when they reach the legal retirement age can contribute until they reach fifteen years and receive a basic pension on a monthly basis; they can also be transferred to the new type of rural social pension insurance or urban residents' social pension insurance, and enjoy the corresponding pension insurance treatment in accordance with the provisions of the State Council.
