Does the citizen center handle social security cards?

To apply for a social security card, just open a citizen card directly. There is one in every district of Hangzhou Citizen Center. You can apply for a citizen card after purchasing social security for the first time for six months. If you bought it for more than six months before, you can apply for a citizen card if you buy it for another month.
