How to transfer unemployment insurance to personal social security?

Article 16 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance also stipulates that employees of urban enterprises and institutions shall go to the designated social insurance agency for unemployment registration in time with the certificate of termination or dissolution of labor relations issued by their own units. The general requirements of unemployment registration procedures are:

(1) After receiving the files of the unemployed, the unemployment insurance institution of the district (county) Labor Bureau shall, according to the records of the files and the relevant provisions of the local government, verify the time limit and standard for the unemployed to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

(two) within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of the labor relationship between the unemployed and the employer, they must go to the county unemployment insurance agency where their account is located to register for unemployment.

(3) When handling unemployment registration, the following materials shall be brought:

1. Copy of my resident ID card, household registration book and ID card 1;

2. Three recent bareheaded one-inch photos;

3. The certificate of termination or rescission of the labor contract issued by the employer before my unemployment;

4, other materials stipulated by the provincial administrative department of labor and social security.
