Rural land occupation compensation social security

If the landless farmers choose to participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees or the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, the local government will give subsidies according to the regulations, and the longest subsidy period will not exceed 15 years. Regardless of whether the same landless farmer participates in the basic old-age insurance for employees or the basic old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, the amount of payment subsidies remains unchanged, and the payment obligations that individuals should perform according to regulations remain unchanged. Land-expropriated farmers who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance system do not enjoy payment subsidies.
