Personal social security migrant workers return home to surrender

Those who meet the following conditions can surrender:

(1) Migrant workers return home;

(2) The insured reaches retirement age and fails to pay 15 years;

(3) The insured goes abroad to settle down;

(4) The insured dies.

According to the national policy, before the statutory retirement age, the old-age insurance premiums paid cannot be withdrawn in advance. If you reach retirement age and the payment period is less than 15 years, you can settle it at one time.
