China Copper Dongguan Copper signed social security cooperation agreement.

In order to further promote the cooperation between Guangdong, North and West and Guizhou, tongren city signed the cooperation agreements of "China Copper Social Security Link" and "Dongguan Copper Social Security Link" with Zhongshan and Dongguan respectively.

The cooperation agreement establishes an inter-provincial cooperation mechanism for services such as pension, unemployment and work-related injury insurance, and realizes the inter-provincial operation of 23 social security services such as inquiry and printing of personal rights records, application for relationship transfer and continuation, and qualification certification for treatment.

The cooperation agreement respectively defines the cooperation objectives, cooperation mechanisms, matters, modes, rights and obligations of China Copper and Dongguan Copper in the inter-provincial social security handling business. Under this framework, China Copper and Dongguan Copper established an online and offline business collaboration mechanism, strengthened cooperation mechanisms such as social security data collaboration of migrant workers, fund security and risk prevention and control cooperation, social security publicity and training cooperation, and realized a joint government service office with close cooperation, data interconnection and sharing, and seamless business docking.

Promote high-frequency social security services such as the application for the transfer and continuation of the basic old-age insurance for urban employees and the application for unemployment insurance benefits to achieve "inter-provincial communication".

China Copper and Dongguan Copper "Inter-provincial Office" special windows will be built and put into operation. By then, it can provide on-site, timely, efficient and convenient social security services for entrepreneurs and laborers in Zhongshan, Dongguan and tongren city, and effectively solve the pain and difficulty of "running too much and turning back" in different places.

Next, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, tongren city will further innovate the cooperation mode, deepen the reform of "Internet+government services", promote enterprises and the masses to "run across provinces and do it at once", jointly build a high-quality business environment of "facilitating the people and benefiting enterprises and developing in coordination", realize the coordinated development of China copper industry and Dongguan copper industry, and contribute more human and social forces to the high-quality development of tongren city.
