What information does the company need to pay social security?

Legal analysis: 1, supplementary social insurance fee application form;

2, the original wage labor contract, and a copy;

3, the original salary list, and a copy of the original accounting vouchers;

4. Other supporting materials: such as personnel files, detailed list of bank accounts of employee salary cards, etc. Copy of the ID card or social security card of the supplementary person.

Copies of the above materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

Article 58 stipulates that the employer shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Article 63 If an employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit.
