How to change Mianyang's new social security card

The old social security card can still be used during the renewal of the new social security card.

When the social security card is changed in the same bank, the original card can still be used. When citizens get a new card, the bank will recycle the old card and cancel it. After the settlement of the old card funds is completed, the funds in the old card will be transferred to the new card account at the same time.

When a citizen replaces a cooperative bank with a new card, the original card is cancelled and recycled by the original cooperative bank and cannot be used again. Within 10 working days after the citizens receive the new card, they will complete the fund settlement of the original card account and transfer it to the new card account opened by the new cooperative bank for the same cardholder.
