1. Guangzhou labor and social insurance increase and decrease form in duplicate.

2. Copy of temporary residence permit for floating personnel

3. Copy of birth certificate

1. Copy of ID card and household registration book (ID card, household registration book home page and personal home page are copied on the same A4 paper)

2. Guangzhou Labor and Social Insurance Increase and Decrease Table in triplicate (together with the electronic version, stored as a USB flash drive).

3. The original and photocopy of the organization code certificate of the unit.

4 "Guangdong Province Employment and Unemployment Handbook" or "Unemployment Certificate", if not provided. Guangzhou labor resources registration form should be filled in.

5. Two color photos one inch smaller.

(Guangzhou Rural Labor Employment Record)

1. One original business license and one copy of organization code certificate.

2 "Guangzhou labor and employment unit information registration form" in duplicate.

3. The "Guangzhou Labor and Social Insurance Personnel Increase and Decrease Table" signed by the employees and sealed by the employer is in triplicate (together with the electronic version, saved as a USB flash drive).

4. Recruit the ID card and photocopy of the household registration book of the rural labor force in Guangzhou (the ID card, the first page of the household registration book and the personal page are copied on the same A4 paper)

5 "Guangdong Province Employment and Unemployment Manual" or "Guangzhou Rural Labor Employment Manual", which is not provided, should fill in the "Guangzhou Labor Resource Registration Form".

6. Provide two color photos one inch smaller.

Social security center

1. Social insurance personal information registration form in duplicate.

2. Increase or decrease the copy of personnel ID card.

3. Original and photocopy of tax registration certificate (local tax)

4. Staff attrition should provide proof of termination of the labor contract.

If you declare online, you can report to social security before the middle of the month, and then go to the labor bureau for the record.
