Treatment process

first step

Second step

The insured person brings all materials to Xiamen social security agency to apply.

Note: those who participate in insurance as individuals shall apply to the district social security center where their registered permanent residence is located; If you are insured as an employee of the unit, you should apply to the social security agency to which the unit belongs (you can call 12333 for enquiry).

Third step

If the social security agency in Xiamen agrees to receive the old-age insurance relationship of the insured in the original insured place, it will send the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance Relationship to the social security agency in the original insured place (the contact letter provides the unified bank account information of the social security old-age insurance fund in Xiamen and the mailing address of the agency).

Fourth step

After receiving the Contact Letter on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship, the social security agency in the original insured place will transfer the endowment insurance fund to the social security agency in Xiamen and send the Information Form on the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship.

Step five

After receiving the information table of the relationship between the transfer fund and the basic old-age insurance, the social security agency in Xiamen will transfer the transfer fund to the personal account of the insured in Xiamen and input the payment information on the information table into the old-age insurance system.
