Social security card processing flow:
Flexible employees (including those who pay medical insurance premiums and those who receive unemployment benefits, the same below) need to go through the following procedures to update their social security cards on an individual basis:
1. After receiving the notice from the service point of the social security agency to which the insured belongs (hereinafter referred to as the service point), apply for a social security card at the service point with the original and photocopy of my ID card;
2. The service point personnel provide the individual with the confirmation form of card issuing service, and after the individual confirms the card issuing bank on site, print the application registration form and submit it to the individual for filling in;
3. If you apply for the registration form to print a personal second-generation card photo, the individual may authorize the use of the photo to print the business card without collecting electronic photos; If not, individuals need to take photos of the second-generation card in the photo studio that has been included in the electronic photo collection service unit of social security card in our city (see the column of "Social Security Card" on the homepage of our social security website for the list of photo studios), and paste the photo receipt in the corresponding position of the application registration form;
4 carefully check, supplement or modify the information on the application registration form and return it to the service point within the prescribed time limit;
5. After checking the application registration form and other related materials submitted by individuals, the staff of the service point shall sign for confirmation by both parties;
6. After successfully submitting the application registration form and other related materials at the service point for 30 working days, I will take my original ID card to the social security card of the issuing bank to get the card and go through the card activation procedures.
Legal basis: Article 7 of the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on Social Security Cards.
To apply for the issuance of social security cards, the following materials shall be submitted:
(1) Fill in a complete social security card issuance registration application form;
(2) An explanation of the preparation for the issuance of social security cards;
(3) The application fields and application file structures in the card that meet the requirements of the national unified specifications (including the application fields and indicators of local expansion);
(four) the card face style designed according to the unified requirements;
(five) the measures for the administration of social security cards in this area and the detailed rules for their implementation;
(six) other materials required by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
