Children's hospital forgets to bring social security card

Going to the hospital with a medical insurance card or social security card can be, usually carry a medical insurance card. The medical insurance card is a special card for medical insurance personal account, which takes the personal ID card as the identification code, and stores and records the personal ID card number, name, gender, as well as detailed information such as the allocation of the account money, consumption and other information.

Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China (P.R.C.) stipulates that the medical costs of medicines, diagnostic and therapeutic items, medical services and facilities in accordance with the standard of basic medical insurance, as well as those of emergency and rescue, shall be paid out of the basic medical insurance fund according to the state regulations. Article 29 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China (PRC) states that the portion of the medical expenses of insured persons that should be paid out of the basic medical insurance fund shall be settled directly between the social insurance administration organization and the medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units. The social insurance administrative department and the health administrative department shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses for medical treatment in other places, so as to facilitate the enjoyment of basic medical insurance treatment by insured persons.
