What procedures and process materials are needed for social security transfer in Guilin?

Social security transfer refers to the process of pension insurance relationship transfer when the insured person is employed across the overall planning area. Social security transfer needs to go through three processes, the insured only needs to apply, and the rest of the work is transferred by the social security departments of the two places.

Treatment conditions

1. The social security account of the insured has been suspended.

2. There is no record of arrears

3. Inter-provincial transfer also needs to meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Male under 50 years old and female under 40 years old;

(2) Returning to the place where the household registration is located for employment;

(3) Approved by organizations at or above the county level, human resources and social security departments;

(4) When reaching retirement age, the payment of the last insured place is less than 10 years, and the basic old-age insurance relationship is transferred to the last insured place for 10 years, or transferred to the household registration place because there is no insured place for more than 10 years.

Intraprovincial transfer

Issue an acceptance letter at the transfer-in place-hand it over to the transfer-out place (Guilin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security)-issue a letter of introduction at the transfer-out place-submit relevant materials to the transfer-in place.

2. Social security transferred to Guilin

(1) Bring the contact letter (medical insurance), admission notice (endowment insurance) and copy of ID card issued by the social security bureau of the transfer-in place (Guilin Social Security Bureau) to the social security transfer window of the transfer-out place.

(2) Submit the insurance certificate and information change form issued by the social security bureau of the transfer place to the social security bureau of the transfer place.

Inter-provincial transfer

(1) Transfer of old-age insurance: The handling personnel shall go through the relevant formalities at the "Social Insurance Transfer" window of the government affairs public hall of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau with the "Payment Certificate of Basic Old-age Insurance" issued by the social security agency in the transfer place and a copy of the insured's ID card.

(2) Medical insurance transfer: The handling personnel shall go through the relevant formalities at the "Social Insurance Transfer" window of the government affairs public hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau with the "Certificate of Payment of Basic Medical Insurance" issued by the social security agency in the transfer place and a copy of the insured's ID card.

(3) Transfer of unemployment insurance: If the staff meets the conditions for transfer in the first instance, they will issue a Letter of Acceptance of Unemployment Insurance Relationship; The handling personnel shall return to the "Social Insurance Transfer" window of the government affairs public hall of the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau to handle the relevant formalities with the "Notice of Acceptance of Unemployment Insurance Relationship" issued by the social insurance agency in the transfer place, the copy of the insured's ID card and the "Transfer Form of Unemployment Insurance Relationship for on-the-job employees".

2. Social security transfer from other provinces

I or my agent bring the original or photocopy of my ID card, issue the old-age insurance certificate in Guilin Social Security Bureau, fill in the medical insurance change information form, and submit it to the local social security bureau.
