What is the company's process of paying social security?

If social insurance premiums are not paid, the unit may pay social insurance premiums for employees. The following information is required:

The unit shall fill in the Application Form for the Insured to Pay Social Insurance Fees (in duplicate, stamped with the official seal of the unit) and provide the employee labor contract; Wage distribution roster (copy of the original payroll of all employees within the overdue period and stamped with the financial seal of the unit). If the administrative law enforcement is overdue, it shall carry the rectification letter of the labor supervision and law enforcement department, the arbitration letter of labor dispute, the notice of social security inspection and rectification, the legal documents of the court and other materials.
