The disability level is 10. Will the Social Security Bureau pay for commercial insurance?

Third-party liability insurance refers to the liability for damages that should be borne by the insured according to law when the insurer or its authorized legal driver has an accident in the process of using the insured motor vehicle, causing personal injury or direct loss of property to a third party. The insurer shall be responsible for compensation according to the insurance contract for the part exceeding the compensation limit of each sub-item of compulsory motor vehicle traffic accident liability insurance.

In other words, in the event of such a traffic accident involving personal injury, compensation must first be made according to compulsory insurance.

There are three expenses under compulsory insurance, but there are differences according to the responsibility of the accident. I'll list them for you:

1. Property loss limit: 2,000 yuan (liability) 100 yuan (non-liability)

2. Medical expenses limit: 10000 yuan (responsibility) 1000 yuan (non-responsibility)

3. Death and disability limit: 1 10000 yuan (with responsibility) 1 1000 yuan (without responsibility)

Among them, what does compulsory insurance say?

Medical expenses include: medical expenses, medical treatment expenses, hospitalization expenses, food subsidies for hospitalization, necessary and reasonable follow-up treatment expenses, cosmetic surgery expenses and nutrition expenses.

Death and disability expenses include: funeral expenses, death expenses, transportation expenses incurred by the victim's relatives in handling the funeral, disability compensation, disability AIDS, nursing expenses, rehabilitation expenses, transportation expenses, living expenses of the dependents, accommodation expenses, lost time, spiritual damages paid by the insured according to court judgment or mediation, etc.

In commercial third-party liability insurance, only the part that exceeds the compulsory insurance fee limit will be compensated. Of course, there has never been a saying that "the third party liability insurance only compensates for the disability level of 1-7, and does not compensate for the disability level of 8- 10". At most, I want to express that the level of 8- 10 should be fully compensated in compulsory insurance because the compensation amount is relatively small, but 1.

I have been engaged in auto insurance claims for more than ten years. Personally, it must have cost a lot of medical expenses to treat the traffic accident you met for so long. Generally, it is difficult to reach a satisfactory compensation agreement in traffic mediation, and even if you and the injured are successful in mediation, the insurance company may not necessarily compensate in full, because many insurance companies have to review when making compensation.
