At present, the social security cards are generally chip cards with financial functions, such as medical insurance cards and bank debit cards. After the social security card is made, the social security function has been opened, but the initial password of the social security card is not confidential. If it is lost in the issuance process, the interests of the insured may suffer. Therefore, it is generally required that the banking function of the social security card needs to be opened in the business hall of the associated bank within 30 days after the social security card is made. In this way, the functions of the card are all opened.
