Beijing Retirement Procedures Handling Process
(1) Basic materials: employee files, approval form for basic old-age insurance benefits in Beijing in sextuplicate, approval form for basic medical benefits in triplicate, payment form for personal account of social insurance in Beijing, copy of household registration book (copy of the first page and personal page of household registration book), copy of ID card, and copy of unemployment insurance benefits applied by unemployed people in Beijing who have received unemployment benefits.
(2) Normal retirement: The basic materials are the same as above. Female employees who retire from non-management positions need to provide their own retirement application, labor contract, post agreement and other relevant supporting materials.
(3) Early retirement due to illness: the basic materials are the same as above, the original 1 copy of the Notice on Confirmation of Labor Ability Appraisal, and other relevant supporting materials.
(4) Early retirement of special types of work: the basic materials are the same as above, and the list of special types of work of the unit confirmed by filing, the public notice form of early retirement of special types of work and other relevant supporting materials are in duplicate.
2. Retirement formalities in Beijing
(1) The company collects the bank accounts of retired employees five months before their retirement date through the online social insurance service platform in Beijing, and handles the "personal information change" module.
(2) In the birthday month of the insured employee, the employing unit first makes four risks and attrition in the collection software, and the reason for attrition is "retirement", and then prints the Table of Staff Reduction of Social Insurance Insured in Beijing, followed by "medical on-the-job retirement" and the Detailed Table of Medical on-the-job retirement;
(3) The unit declares the Table on the Reduction of Social Insurance Insured Persons in Beijing, and goes to the registration department for pre-examination of retirees. The registration department is responsible for printing the Personal Payment Form of Beijing Basic Endowment Insurance and downloading the data to the U disk of the employer;
(4) the unit checks the payment information (regarded as the payment period, working date, etc.). ) in Beijing social insurance personal account payment form is wrong;
The information is correct, and the Endowment Insurance Section issues the Approval Form for Beijing Basic Endowment Insurance Treatment to the unit;
If the information is incorrect, after the approval of the endowment insurance department, fill in the Beijing Social Insurance Personal Information Registration Change Form, make changes to the social security registration department, reprint the Beijing Social Insurance Personal Account Payment Form, and download the data;
(5) The unit submits the Approval Form of Beijing Basic Endowment Insurance Benefits issued by the endowment insurance department to the medical insurance department for review, which is regarded as the payment period;
(6) The unit carries the Table on the Reduction of Social Insurance Insured Persons in Beijing, the Detailed List of Medical Workers' Retirement, the Approval Form of Beijing's Basic Old-age Insurance Treatment and the Approval Form for Determining the Payment Period of Beijing's Employees' Basic Medical Insurance, and the social security card for retirees returns to the registration department for four insurances and two reductions, medical workers' retirement and social security card synchronization.
(7) After the registration department handles the second reduction of retired workers, the unit shall go to the payment department to handle the formalities of retirement and storage increase with the "Beijing Basic Endowment Insurance Treatment Approval Form";
(8) Retirees' banks receive retirement wages.
