I. Scope of certification

Second, the authentication method

The qualification certification work adopts a combination of online self-certification, offline auxiliary certification and big data comparison.

Third, the certification cycle.

Qualification certification is conducted twice a year. The first certification time is1-February every year (the first certification time in 2023 is1.15-February 5); The second certification time is from June to July every year.

Four. Authentication channel

(1) Online self-service authentication. The recipients can be authenticated through the official WeChat account of Henan Social Security, Henan Social Security APP, Yushiban APP and Alipay Yushiban applet.

1. "Henan Social Security" WeChat official account authentication

Operating steps: Step 1, pay attention to the official account of "Henan Social Security (link directly)" WeChat; The second step is to open the "service hall" and "qualification certification"; Step 3: Registered users choose the login method and click "Login" to enter directly. Unregistered users click "New User Registration" to enter the registration interface; Step 4, enter the mobile phone number according to the prompt requirements, set the login password, enter the real name and ID number, and carry out real-name authentication; Step 5: After logging in, return to the "Service Hall" and click "Qualification Authentication" to enter the authentication interface, where you can authenticate yourself and others; Step 6, click "Personal Authentication", enter authentication information such as name and ID number, click Next to perform face recognition, and return the authentication result after the authentication is completed, prompting that the authentication is successful; If you authenticate others, click "Authentication by Others", enter authentication information such as name and ID number, and click Next to perform facial recognition. After the authentication is completed, the authentication result will be returned, prompting that the authentication is successful.

2. "Henan Social Security" mobile APP authentication

Operating Steps: Step 1, download the "Henan Social Security" APP with your mobile phone (Apple system is not supported for the time being). Step 2: Click the "Register" button to enter the user registration interface, and enter the mobile phone number, verification code, password and other information in the interface to register. Step 3: Click the "Treatment Certification" button on the home page. If it is my authentication, please click the "My own authentication" button. After entering the authentication interface, I will perform face recognition authentication according to the voice prompts. If you are authenticating others, enter the relevant information of "name" and "ID number" in the authentication interface for others, and perform face recognition authentication according to the authentication voice prompt.

3. "Imperial History Class" APP certification

Operating steps: Step 1, download the "Shi Yu Ban" APP by mobile phone; Step 2, register and log in the "Shi Yu Ban" APP, and click the "Social Security Qualification Authentication" module; Step 3, select the authentication type according to the category of social security personnel; Step 4: Check the authentication information and click "Go to Authentication" to collect face authentication. The authentication function of the "Imperial History Class" APP is limited to myself and cannot be authenticated for others.

4. Alipay "Shiyuban" applet authentication

Operating Steps: Step 1, log in to Alipay, search for "Information Office" to enter the "Information Office" applet, and click "Social Security Qualification Certification"; Step 2: Click "Social Security Qualification Authentication" to display the result information of my last authentication, and click "Go to Authentication" to enter my authentication information verification interface. You can choose "My Certification" or "Other Certification" at the top of the interface. If you authenticate yourself, click "Go to Authentication" and "Agree to Agreement and Authentication" below to enter the face authentication interface. To authenticate others, enter Certification staff's name and ID number, click View the last authentication result, and then click Enter Authentication to enter the face authentication interface. After the authentication is completed, the authentication result is returned, indicating that the authentication is successful.

(2) offline auxiliary certification. For those who fail to pass online self-service authentication and big data screening and comparison due to special reasons, self-care personnel can bring their ID cards to the township people's agency to check information and authenticate; People who can't take care of themselves can take photos with their ID cards and newspapers of the month with the help of their families, and report the photos to the township people's social departments, which will help them to apply for permits.
