1. Enter the "Payment Management" menu, click the "Employee Payment Wage Declaration" module, and select "Electronic Quotation".

2. Click "Template Download" to export the template (Excel file) and save it locally. Enter the average monthly salary of employees in the template file and save it. (Please do not directly enter the upper and lower limits of social security base)

3. Click "Select File", select the template file for entering information, and click "Submit".

4. Enter the "Data List to be Submitted" and click "Query" to list the personnel information entered by this company. Click "Submit" after verification, and the system will display "Submitted successfully", and the business operation is completed.

Precautions:

1. Support enterprises to declare payment wages for many times, and the current declaration information covers the previous declaration.

2. All personnel must submit it before the employee's salary payment can be declared.

3. The new account opening unit in1month does not need to declare the payment base for approval.

Third, the payment base list printing

1. Enter the "Payment Management" menu and click the "Print Payment Base List" module.

2. Select the business type and click "Print" to print the list of payment bases.

Precautions:

Insured units print the "base payment register" by themselves, and employees sign the "base payment register" within 3 natural months after the annual declaration, and the register is kept by the insured units for future reference.
