How can I buy a house without social security in Guangzhou?

Eligible people can choose to enter Guangzhou and buy a house after becoming a Guangzhou hukou. You can't buy a first-hand house, and you have to pay social security or individual tax for five years in a row.

Conditions for buying a house in Guangzhou:

(1) Guangzhou registered residents: Couples and their minor children have no more than 2 houses in Guangzhou (excluding 2 houses).

(2) Non-registered residents in Guangzhou: 1. The payment records of medical insurance, social insurance and social insurance have exceeded 13 months in recent two consecutive years.

(3) Both husband and wife and their minor children have no real estate in Guangzhou.
