Do college students have social security cards?

Taking Fujian Province as an example, college students in Fujian Province can apply for Fuzhou citizen card as social security card. The newly issued social security cards in Fujian Province are divided into provincial social security cards and municipal social security cards. The municipal social security cards are Fuzhou citizen cards, which are distributed to all urban residents, workers and rural residents in five cities, two cities and five counties in Fuzhou and the comprehensive experimental area.
