Do you need social security for two years to buy a house in Chengdu?

At present, buying a house in Chengdu is divided into residential houses with limited purchase and commercial projects without limited purchase. By interpreting the New Deal 5 15 of Chengdu's housing policy, we can see that buying a house requires the following conditions.

I. Purchase qualification:

1. After living in Chengdu for two years, you can buy residential projects in the corresponding area.

2. Purchase work social security in Chengdu for 24 consecutive months.

3. One-year hukou+one-year social security.

Meet one of the above conditions, you can buy a house in the corresponding area of Chengdu.

Second, the scope of purchase restriction

1. First floor purchase restriction: High-tech Zone and Tianfu New District can only buy their own districts and suburban counties; High-tech Zone can only buy houses in High-tech Zone, and Tianfu New District can only buy houses in Tianfu New District.

2. Second floor (main city+suburban county) purchase restriction: Jinniu, Qingyang, Chenghua, Jinjiang, Wuhou, Xindu, Pidu, Wenjiang, Shuangliu and Longquanyi can buy houses except the first floor.

3. Three-storey purchase restriction (suburban counties): Jintang, Qingbaijiang, Pengzhou, Chongzhou and Dujiangyan can only buy three-storey houses, and cannot buy one or two-storey houses across regions.

Third, the number of purchases is restricted.
