If it fails to do so, the employer shall be subject to a fine of not less than double and not more than triple the amount of social insurance premiums payable, and the persons in charge of the employer directly responsible for the employer and the other persons directly responsible for the employer shall be subject to a fine of not less than 500 yuan and not more than 3,000 yuan.
