According to the person's length of service, the enjoyment of sick pay is different:

Sick pay calculation coefficients in accordance with the following way to determine:

(1) the employee's illness or non-occupational injury continuous leave of absence in less than six months, the enterprise shall be paid in accordance with the following standards of sick leave wages:

① less than two years of continuous service, according to the 60% of my salary; ② 2 years of continuous service less than 4 years, 70% of my salary; ③ 4 years of continuous service less than 6 years, 80% of my salary;

④ 6 years of continuous service less than 8 years, 90% of my salary; ⑤ 8 years of continuous service and above, 100% of my salary.

(2) the employee's illness or non-work-related injury for more than six months of continuous leave, the enterprise to pay for sickness relief: ① less than one year of continuous service, 40% of my salary;

② one year of continuous service less than three years, 50% of my salary; ③ three years of continuous service and above, 60% of my salary.

After determining the base and calculation coefficient of sick leave pay, the amount of sick leave pay can be calculated. Sick pay = (calculation base / 21.75) × calculation coefficient × number of days of sick leave.
