Article 5 An applicant meets the following conditions and is eligible to apply for points.

Article 6 The points of residence permit include: stable occupation, residence guidance, employment guidance, guidance on entering the household area, age index, technical skills, personal contribution, etc. And deductions such as illegal crimes and personal bad credit. The total score is the sum of the indicators of each additional score and the results obtained by deducting each deduction.

(1) Stable career indicators. Applicants who have participated in the basic old-age insurance and the basic medical insurance for urban workers and paid monthly fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city within the administrative area of this Municipality shall be cumulatively calculated as 10 minute/year, among which: those who have paid the basic old-age insurance and the basic medical insurance for urban workers for 6 months shall be scored 5 points respectively; Pay the basic old-age insurance for urban workers and the basic medical insurance for urban workers 12 months, and score 10 respectively. The applicant is employed in the eastern areas such as Tianfu International Airport New Town, Jianzhou New Town and Huaizhou New Town, and in the southern areas such as Chengdu Science City, Tianfu Headquarters Business District, Tianfu International Biological City and Tianfu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, with a maximum score of 20 points calculated according to 4 points/year; Employment in northern reform areas such as European Industrial City and Xindu Smart Logistics Industrial Park, and western control areas such as Sino-German (Pujiang) SME Cooperation Zone and Pengzhou Tianfu Chinese Medicine City is calculated as 2 points/year, with the maximum not exceeding 10.

(4) The guiding index of family area. According to the household area selected by the applicant, the score will be 10 for households in Longquanyi District, qingbaijiang district, Xindu District, Wenjiang District, Shuangliu District, Pidu District and Xinjin District, 20 for households in outer suburbs and 30 for households in Chengdu East New District.

(5) technical skill indicators. If the applicant falls within the scope of Chengdu's talent development guidelines, the comprehensive index of talent shortage is 20 points, 15 points and 10 points respectively. With senior, intermediate and junior titles, add 40 points, 30 points and 20 points respectively; With senior technician, technician qualification, respectively, add 40 points, 30 points; With senior workers, intermediate workers, primary wages, respectively, add 30 points, 20 points, 10 points, the above situation is only the highest academic score.

(6) Individual contribution indicators. Applicants who have participated in social service in this city and made contributions in voluntary service, charitable donation, blood donation, etc. will get 2 points for each item, with the highest score of 10. During the service period, the veterans who won the first class and above awards, the second class and the third class won 25 points, 20 points and 15 points respectively.
