Can employees join the company without purchasing social security?

Legal analysis: it is a compulsory requirement of the state to pay social security to employees. If it is illegal not to pay, the enterprise will be punished. Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.
