Article 21 of the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance

If the peasant contract workers recruited by the unit have worked continuously for 1 year, and the unit has paid unemployment insurance premium, and the labor contract has not been renewed or terminated in advance, the social insurance agency shall pay a one-time living allowance to them according to their working hours. Measures and standards for subsidies shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
