① Carrying information

② Processing flow

A. Enterprises or individuals bring relevant information to the social insurance agency in the district (city) where they are insured to apply;

B. The business personnel of each institution shall check whether the information is complete, whether the contents filled in are complete, refuse to accept incomplete information, and inform the information to be provided; Complete the information and go through the relevant formalities.

For the insured who meet the connection conditions, the system will generate and print the Contact Letter of Basic Medical Insurance Relationship Transfer and Connection, and send it to the social security agency where the original insured is located by mail: the processing time is 15 working days;

C. After receiving the contact letter, the original insured place will send the insurance certificate and the change information form of medical insurance coverage back to our city; If there is an individual account, the balance of the individual account will be transferred at the same time: processing time 15 working days;

D. After receiving the voucher, information form and personal account balance returned by the agency in the original insured place, each agency will input the information into the business system, and record the transferred personal account amount into the insured person's personal account: the processing time is 15 working days.
