The difference is that the Jingdong courier is directly employed, and the courier pays the local five insurances and one gold; SF Express is a cooperative outsourcing worker who pays social security in Shenzhen. The difference between the two parties lies not only in the way of employment, but also in the amount of payment. The former pays 3-6 times more than the latter. Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen as examples, according to the minimum deposit base, the amount paid by the employer in Shanghai is nearly 1,000 yuan more than that paid in Shenzhen.

The second category is to pay old employees, and the typical representatives are Debon Express and Post. They only pay social security for old employees, but the two are slightly different. The old employees of Debon Express signed a contract with Shenzhen Debon Logistics Co., Ltd. to pay social security in Shenzhen. Old postal employees pay local five insurances and one gold.

The third category is micropayment, which mainly refers to franchisees who join express delivery companies. Few large franchisees will pay social security for couriers, and generally pay social security in Shenzhen through outsourcing companies.
