1. Social security compensation for land acquisition is as follows:

(1) The compensation standard of one-time old-age insurance given by the people's government at or above the county level to the farmers whose land is expropriated shall be determined according to not less than 3 times the annual per capita net income of rural residents in the cities and counties where the land is expropriated;

(2) Persons who have reached the age of 60 at the time of land acquisition shall be fully compensated according to the compensation standard of one-time endowment insurance.
