Social security payment standard: 1. Old-age insurance: general units pay 20% of the average monthly salary of enterprise employees, and individuals pay 8% of the average monthly salary. 2. Medical insurance: the unit pays 10% of the basic medical insurance according to the sum of the salary bases of all employees, and individuals generally pay 2% of the average monthly salary. 3. Work-related injury insurance: the unit pays 0.3~2% of the total wages of its employees in the previous year, and individuals do not pay. 4. Unemployment insurance: the unit pays 2% of the total salary of the unit, and the employees pay unemployment insurance premium at 1% of their salary. 5. Maternity insurance: the unit pays 0.8% of the wages and benefits due to employees, and the individual does not pay.
