Provisions on social security payment in the month of leaving at the beginning of the month

Legal analysis: the social security payment in the month of employee's resignation has the provisions of endowment insurance, which can be stopped or paid in full. At the same time, individual insurance can be stopped or transferred. Work-related injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance automatically terminate after leaving the company.

Legal basis: Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the employer shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for employees within 30 days from the date of employment. Without social insurance registration, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
