The social security base is the average salary of the previous year, and the salary of the new job is the base of the current month. The so-called wages refer to the labor remuneration (that is, all income) obtained from the employment relationship, including basic wages, piece-rate wages, hourly wages, bonuses, allowances, and wages under special circumstances (for example, sick pay, please refer to the provisions of the National Bureau of Statistics on relational wage statistics). So in principle, all income should be counted in the social security base.

But in practice, general welfare income (such as holiday solatium and travel expenses) is not included.
